Yesterday at Nokia World 2011 the long awaited smartphone was launched. The first Windows Phone 7.5 based Nokia handset called Nokia Lumia 800. The shape of the handset is the same as Nokia N9 but inside, instead of MeeGo it has the new Windows 7.5 Mango. The handset has the amazing 1.4Ghz processor with 512MB of Ram.
Nokia is coming back into the news again and the most rumored smartphone has finally made its way through. A colorful Nokia N9 is equipped with 1GHz Cortex A8 CP and has a PowerVR SGX530 GPU. The rumors were about its QWERTY keypad too but unfortunately it does not have it. The most interesting thing about N9 is the colorful look of it’s back-panel. I wrote an article a month ago that will I buy Nokia N8 or E7 and I preferred buying Nokia N8. The condition was only that, if I am going to buy a Symbian phone. Otherwise, if I have an open choice, obviously I will not look at the 680mhz processor of N8, rather go for someone 1ghz processor smartphone with more ram and features; may be Android based. Nokia was one of the best cellphone manufacturer once.
Nokia just released the new handset in the n-series, the new Nokia N97 Touchscreen mobile phone handset. Nokia claims that N97 is the world’s most powerful computing mobile handset. In the past years the only thing I had been noticing in the Nokia handsets was that “nokia never gives out all the features in one mobile handset”. In one handset there is a feature and in another there is something missing. After the specifications of the Nokia N97, I wonder Nokia has changed its strategy. Nokia N97 has everything a mobile phone must have.
